Receive Minutes of January 9, 2007 and January 31, 2008 Committee Meetings



Action:  Review and receive minutes of January 9, 2007 and January 31, 2008 joint meetings of the Policy and Technical Advisory committees.






Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Ordinance No. 137 – Amending Regulation XV, Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan



Action: The committee will review the proposed ordinance and develop a recommendation for Board consideration at the first reading scheduled for November 17, 2008.

Committee members may comment on a matter within the jurisdiction of the MPWMD.  No discussion or action is appropriate other than referral to staff or setting a matter as a future agenda item.
