SUMMARY:   Attached as Exhibits 4-A through 4-F are documents for the committee to review in advance of the discussion regarding the potential impacts of the Draft CDO.   District staff will present a brief summary of the draft order and respond to questions from the committee.

 

RECOMMENDATION:   The Citizens Advisory Committee Members should be prepared to comment on the potential impacts of the Draft CDO on the community.
