SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 15-A is a draft meeting schedule for 2014. The Committee should also approve meeting dates for January and February 2015 since new Committee members are selected at the February Board meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: The Committee should review and adopt the meeting schedule for 2014 and 2015 dates for January and February.
