SUMMARY: Exhibit 3-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for July 2006. Exhibit 3-B and Exhibit 3-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period July 1-31, 2006.  Check Nos. 33301 through 33482, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $374,445.28.  Exhibit 3-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending July 31, 2006.

 

RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the July 2006 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.  The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its November 9, 2006 meeting and voted __ to __ to recommend ______________.
