SUMMARY:  At the April 17, 2006 Board meeting, staff was directed to meet with the Administrative Committee and develop procedures for implementation of the expense reimbursement policy that was adopted at the Board meeting.  There are no documents prepared for committee review in advance of the May 2, 2006 meeting.  Staff will present a proposal for implementation of the policy at the meeting. 

 

RECOMMENDATION:   Discuss the proposal that will be submitted at the May 2, 2006 meeting and consider adoption.
