SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 2-A is a draft revised charge to the Ad Hoc Water Supply Planning Committee that removes the “Ad Hoc” designation from the committee description. The proposed revision was suggested by the Chair and Vice Chair at their meeting of January 7, 2010. The proposed charge contains no references to specific agencies or water supply projects, so that the Committee is not limited to review of projects that were mentioned in the charge.

RECOMMENDATION: The Committee should review the charge, suggest changes if appropriate, and develop a recommendation for consideration at the February 25, 2010 Board meeting.
