SUMMARY:
Attached as Exhibit 2-A is a
proposed Board meeting schedule for the months of January 2018 through February
2019. Dates that are not set for the
third Monday of each month are January and February 2018 and 2019 due to
conflicts with the Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday and Presidents’ Day holidays.
The Board meetings will be
conducted in the District’s conference room unless there is a need to meet in
another location. Changes to a meeting
time or location will be noticed on the meeting agenda and the Water Management
District website.
RECOMMENDATION:
Review and adopt the 2018 MPWMD Board meeting schedule.
BACKGROUND: The
proposed dates do not conflict with the meeting schedules of the City of
Seaside, Monterey County Board of Supervisors, or Monterey One Water.
