AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT
OF
GENERAL MANAGER
The following
amendment has been made and entered into this 21st day of August,
2017, by and between the MONTEREY PENINSULA WATER MANGEMENT DISTRICT (the
District) and DAVID JON STOLDT (“Stoldt”). It amends the salary provisions
found in the Agreement for Employment of General Manager, dated June 20, 2016.
The amendment shall have an effective date of July 17, 2017. In consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties agree to amend the General Manager’s contract as
follows, all other terms and conditions remaining the same:
III. COMPENSATION
OF STOLDT.
A. Salary.
As General
Manager, STOLDT shall receive base salary at the rate of Two Hundred and Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($220,000) per year, effective July 17, 2017.
