SUMMARY: Ordinance No. 152 created a nine member “Ordinance 152 Citizen’s Oversight

Panel” as an advisory group to the Board of Directors on expenditures from the water supply charge adopted in June 2012. According to the committee charge, each Director makes one appointment to the committee. Director Rubio has appointed Ian Oglesby to complete a two-year term that will end on July 17, 2019.

RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the appointment of Ian Oglesby to complete a two-year term that will end on July 17, 2019.
