G Monterey on January 12, 2016.  Staff reports regarding these agenda items will be available for public review on January 13, 2016, at the District office and at the Carmel, Carmel Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove and Seaside libraries. After staff reports have been distributed, if additional documents are produced by the District and provided to a majority of the Board regarding any item on the agenda, they will be available at the District office during normal business hours, and posted on the District website at http://www.mpwmd.net/asd/board/boardpacket/2016. Documents distributed at the meeting will be made available in the same manner. The next special meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for January 27, 2016 at 3:30 pm.

Provide Direction to Staff on Pure Water Monterey Purchase Agreement and Cost Issues

 

 

 

Staff Recommendation: That the MRWPCA and MPWMD Board approve form of Water Purchase Agreement for Pure Water Monterey project and direct submittal to the California Public Utilities Commission.

Board Members may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement or make a brief comment or report on his or her own activities within the jurisdiction of the Agency.
