SUMMARY: Attached
as Exhibit 8-A is Resolution 2015-25 that
amends Table XIV-1, Rebate Amounts, to delete Rebates for High Efficiency
Urinals. Revisions to California Title
20, Public Utilities and Energy, have changed the Urinal standards for
California as of January 1, 2016. After that date, it is unlawful to purchase
or install High Efficiency Urinals.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends that the Board adopt Resolution 2015-25, a Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District amending Table XIV-1, Rebate Amounts.
