Thomas apprised the committee about the tour of the May 8, 2014, Pure Water Monterey pilot plant, organized by the Water Management District and the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency for interested persons in attendance at the May 2014 conference of the Association of California Water Agencies.  The tour begins at 3:30 pm when a bus will pick up the participants,  take them to the Pilot Plant site, and then return them at 5 pm to the Wharf Marketplace for an hour-long hosted reception.  The Water Management District had received 6 confirmations of attendance,  invitations were to be distributed at the ACWA conference.

Stoldt reported that limited contact has been made with agencies that would be eligible to join the Small Water Agency Coalition.  Staff will develop a comprehensive list of ACWA’s small
