Core Values
Core
Values are what the organization values, recognizes, and rewards – strongly
held beliefs that are freely chosen, publicly affirmed, and acted upon with
consistency and repetition. The Board
did not adopt Core Values before 2007.
They were incorporated into the 2008 Strategic Plan, but not acted on
again after that. These Core Values
continue to appear in the District’s annual budget document. The Board needs to decide if we need to
restate Core Values and if so, what are they in this time of District
activities?
