SUMMARY:  On August 15, 2011, the Board considered and approved a variance from District Rule 23-B-2-a (requiring a separate water meter for each water User) for the caretaker unit at 10 Vista Ladera, Carmel Valley.  A draft set of findings supporting approval was included in the August 15 Board packet.  Following the Public Hearing, the original draft findings were amended to reflect the action of the Board.  Revised Findings of Approval are attached as Exhibit 2-A.  When adopted with the Consent Calender, these findings will be finalized and a copy provided to the applicant (Mrs. Elaine Rankin) and to the County.

 

RECOMMENDATION:  The Board should adopt the attached Findings of Approval.  By adopting this item with the Consent Calendar, the findings will be approved and finalized.
