SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT TO AMEND THE MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE MONTEREY PENINSULA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AND THE
CONFIDENTIAL STAFF BARGAINING UNIT (July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2011)
This amends Article 26, Term of Agreement, as follows:
The term of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without change, addition or amendment through June 30, 2012 and shall be renewed thereafter subject to reopening by either party upon written notice to the other party no more than 120 days prior to June 30, 2012 or any June 30 anniversary date thereafter.
