SUMMARY: On April 18, 2011, the Board considered and denied an appeal by Richard and Sharlene Thum regarding the General Manager’s decision to require a Water Permit for two Showerheads pursuant to District Rule 20, Permits Required, for 951 Coral Drive, Pebble Beach (APN: 007-254-005). At the April 18 meeting, the Board directed Counsel to prepare findings for consideration at the May 2011 Board meeting. The findings are attached as Exhibit 5-A.
RECOMMENDATION: The Board
should adopt the Findings of Denial for Consider
Appeal of General Manager’s Decision to Require a Water Permit for Two
Showerheads Pursuant to District Rule 20, Permits Required – 951 Coral Drive,
Pebble Beach (APN: 007-254-005). By
adopting this item with the Consent Calendar, the findings will be approved.
