SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 17-A is a resolution of appreciation for Director Edwards expressing appreciation for his 13 years of service to the community as representative to Division 1. Mr. Edwards will resign from the Board of Directors effective November 30, 2010, as he was elected to the Seaside City Council on November 2, 2010. For more information refer to agenda item 16.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Board adopt the resolution of appreciation.
