SUMMARY: In compliance with recently adopted Ordinance No. 140 (Rebate Program Amendment) and Ordinance No. 141 (Conservation Regulation Revision), the attached Resolution implements changes to Table 1 -- Residential Fixture Unit Count Values. This action ensures consistency in the application of the District’s Rules and Regulations. These changes may be made by Board resolution pursuant to District Rule 24-A.1.b Residential Calculation of Water Use Capacity.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends that the Board
approve A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water
Management District Amending, Table 1:
Residential Fixture Unit Count Values. Changes
are shown in bold italics and strikethrough.
