A Resolution of the Board of
Directors
of the Monterey Peninsula Water
Management District
Certifying the Results of the
November 3, 2009 Election
of Judi Lehman to Division 2
WHEREAS, on November 3, 2009, an
election was conducted to choose representatives to the Monterey Peninsula
Water Management District Board of Directors in Voter Division 2.
WHEREAS, on November 3, 2009, Judi Lehman was elected as representative
to Voter Division 2 for a term of four years, and
WHEREAS, Attachment A is the
Statement of Votes Cast, certified by the Monterey County Registrar of Voters
on November 23, 2009.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the
Monterey Peninsula Water Management District hereby certifies the election of
Judi Lehman as representative to Voter Division 2, as verified by the attached Statement
of Votes Cast.
