A RESOLUTION OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MONTEREY PENINSULA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
REGARDING DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES CONSTRUCTION LOAN PRE-APPROVAL
APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Monterey Peninsula
Water Management District currently operates the Phase 1 aquifer storage and
recovery project located along
WHEREAS, the Phase 1 expansion of the project has been outlined as components of the Regional and Local Water Projects; and
WHEREAS, State Construction Loans are available through the 1988 Water Conservation Bond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Staff
of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District shall prepare and submit an
application for pre-approval of a Construction Loan to fund the Phase 1
expansion component for the aquifer storage and recovery project.
2. Submittal
of loan application does not require the District to accept loan if application
is approved.
