Monterey Peninsula Water Management District

Placing in Nomination Judi Lehman

as a Member of the Association of California Water Agencies

Region 5 Board of Directors

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MONTEREY PENINSULA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:

A. Recitals

(i) The Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District does encourage and support the participation of its members in the affairs of the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA).

(ii) Judi Lehman has indicated a desire to serve as a Board Member of ACWA Region 5.

B. Resolves

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MONTEREY PENINSULA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT,

(i) Does place its full and unreserved support in the nomination of Judi Lehman for the position of Board Member of ACWA Region 5.

(ii) Does hereby determine that the expenses attendant with the service of Judi Lehman in ACWA Region 5 shall be borne by the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District.
