ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Anyone wishing to address the Board on matters under MPWMD jurisdiction but not listed on the agenda may do so only during Oral Communications. Hearing on Apparent Insufficient Physical Supplies to Serve Ryan Ranch Water Distribution System and Determination as to Whether, and to What Extent, System Capacity and/or Expansion Capacity Limits Should be Modified


Action: The Board will hold an administrative hearing as required by MPWMD Rule 40 to determine if the system capacity (production) and/or expansion capacity (connection) limits for the Ryan Ranch Water Distribution System should be modified because the physical water supplies do not appear sufficient to support the previously set system limits.  California American Water, the owner and operator of the system, was notified of the insufficiency on September 19, 2008. Public comment will be received.
