A Resolution of the Board of
Directors
of the Monterey Peninsula Water
Management District
Certifying the Results of the
November 6, 2007 election of
WHEREAS, on November 6, 2007 an election was conducted to choose
representatives to the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Board of
Directors in Voter Divisions 4 and 5.
WHEREAS, on November 6, 2007, Regina Doyle was elected as representative
to Voter Division 4 for a term of four years, and
WHEREAS, on November 6, 2007, Bob
Brower was elected as representative to Voter Division 5 for a term of four
years
WHEREAS, Attachment A is the Statement of Votes Cast, certified by
the Monterey County Registrar of Voters on November 26, 2007.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the
Monterey Peninsula Water Management District hereby certifies the election of
Regina Doyle as representative to Voter Division 4, and Bob Brower as
representative to Voter Division 5 as verified by the attached Statement of
Votes Cast.
