Included as Exhibit 7-A is the MPWMD Strategic Plan that
covers the period of April 19, 2007 thru September 30, 2007. The plan was adopted by the Board on May 21,
2007. The Strategic Plan includes a
progress report on completion of the Three-Year Goals and Six-Month Strategic
Objectives that are contained in the Plan.
At the November 19, 2007 meeting, District staff will give an oral
presentation highlighting progress that has been made on the Six-Month
Strategic Objectives since the last Board meeting.
