Call To Order

The meeting was called to order at 2:45 PM in the District conference room.

Action Items

1. Approve Revisions to Deed Restriction Templates

On a motion by Director Foy and second by Director Pendergrass, the committee endorsed the deed restriction templates as presented on a unanimous vote of 3 – 0. During review and discussion of the templates, Ms. Pintar stated that she would check to be sure that Deed Restriction Form 2.4, Moderate Income Housing; and Form 2.5, Low Income Housing, confirm to requirements of Ordinance No. 128 that updated definitions for low and moderate income housing.
