When the hours stated in the Application Fee to Create a Water Distribution System and the Application Consultation Deposit Fee are used up, the Applicant must pay an additional deposit for MPWMD staff time anticipated to complete the permit process, as determined on a case-by-case basis by the General Manager (Rule 22)
