Re:         Safety Inspection Report

 

 

The items noted on the Team Safety Inspection Report that fall into ASD’s area of responsibility have been addressed as follows:

 

a)      Automatic Electronic Defibrilator (AED): The District’s AED is now stored in a newly installed box with glass window, attached to the wall outside the door to the Conference Room.  It is prominently displayed above a fire extinguisher container, and easily accessible in case of emergency.  Thomas Christensen of Planning and Engineering volunteered to purchase the box and install it, after consultation with Cynthia Schmidlin.

 

b)      Unused Computer Monitors and other equipment in the Garage were picked up and disposed of at the Monterey Regional Waste Management District on May 4th, along with some unused large cardboard containers that have also been stored in the garage. 

 

c)      The remaining bookcase has been placed up against the wall in the garage for use in the IT storage area.
