The meeting was called to order at 5:40 PM in the District Conference Room.

Item on Board Agenda for February 23, 2006

1. Consider Approval of Aquifer Storage and Recovery Management and Operations Agreement between MPWMD and California American Water

Joe Oliver and David Laredo reported on this item and answered numerous questions from the Committee. After considerable discussion, several language revisions to the Agreement and Management and Operations Manual were proposed by the Committee, which voted 2-1 to recommend consideration by the full Board. Directors Edwards and Knight voted in favor of the motion. Director Lehman was opposed.
