of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District

Certifying the Results of the November 8, 2005

Reelection of Judi Lehman to Voter Division 2

WHEREAS, on November 8, 2005 an election was conducted to choose the representative to the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Board of Directors in Voter Division 2.

WHEREAS, on November 8, 2005, Judi Lehman was reelected as representative to Voter Division 2 for a term of four years.

WHEREAS, Attachment A is the Statement of Votes Cast, certified by the Monterey County Registrar of Voters on November 28, 2005.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District hereby certifies the reelection of Judi Lehman as representative to Voter Division 2, as verified by the attached Statement of Votes Cast.
