Description of Nature, Purpose and Beneficiaries of Project: Approval of application enables annexation of Showe parcel into California American Water (Cal-Am) water distribution system (WDS) to enable consistency between the formally defined Cal-Am service area and a property that has been actively served by the Cal-Am WDS since approximately 1947. Beneficiary is the applicant, as well as the community and environment, as correcting the inaccurate service area boundary enables better tracking, regulation and restriction of water use like all other Cal-Am customers.
