PRE-EXISTING NON-POTABLE AND RECLAIMED WATER FACILITIES

LOCATED WITHIN THE CAÑADA WOODS WATER COMPANY NON-POTABLE AND RECLAIMED WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SERVICE AREA

 

 

The following facilities are considered pre-existing in accordance with MPWMD Rule 20: 

 

1.     High Well #1 (to be destroyed in accordance with Condition #13 of this Permit)

2.     High Well #2

3.     N-1 Well

4.     N Well

5.     Dam Well

6.     Water Tower Well

7.     5-million-gallon golf course pond used for storage of non-potable and reclaimed water (known as Pond #1)

8.     Irrigation pump reservoir located between 5-million-gallon golf course pond and 3.3-million-gallon wet weather season reclaimed water storage pond (known as Pond #2)

9.     Wastewater reclamation plant used to treat wastewater from the CWWCNPRWDS service area for non-potable use

10.   Water distribution facilities (e.g., pipelines, pump stations, valves, storage tanks, and meters) associated with the facilities listed in items 1 through 9 above

 

 

 

 

BASELINE WATER USE WITHIN THE CAÑADA WOODS WATER COMPANY NON-POTABLE AND RECLAIMED WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SERVICE AREA

 

 

Baseline water use of non-potable and reclaimed water within the CWWCNPRWDS service area is as follows:

 

Range of total use, calendar years 1998 through 2004:           101.32 to 296.48 acre-feet per year

Estimated range of current demand:                                             248 to 358 acre-feet per year

Estimated range of projected demand:                                         234 to 368 acre-feet per year
