A Resolution of
the Board of Directors of the
Monterey Peninsula Water Management District approving a new Memorandum of Understanding between the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District and the Confidential Staff Bargaining Unit
WHEREAS, the District and representatives
of the Unit have arrived at an understanding concerning wages, hours, working
conditions and other terms of employment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District does hereby enact the following Memorandum of Understanding, attached hereto as ‘Attachment 1’.
On
