Anyone wishing to address the Governance Committee and Monterey Peninsula Regional Water Authority on matters not listed on the agenda that are within the subject jurisdiction of the Governance Committee and the Regional Water Authority, may do so during Public Comments. The public may comment on any other items listed on the agenda at the time they are considered. Please limit your comment to 3 (three) minutes.

Receive report from Value Management Strategies, Inc. Discuss and provide direction on the Draft Preliminary Value Engineering Study of CDM's 30% design of the California American Water Company desalination project.
